Sunken Pomegranate, Hidden Lychee

the lychee is a pungent tantalizing fruit between a peach and a pineapple in flavor

Earl of Panama

while most think of tea as a pansy drink this pirate grog will slap that notion right out of you

The Modern Cocktail

first decade of the twentieth century brought us this unique cocktail, from the head
bartender at New York's famed Hoffman House hotel, combines the smooth
blended whisky with the sharp tang of sloe gin.

Rosita

while the origins of this drink are unknown, what is known is it’s placement is the same as the famous Negroni, bitter and yet inherently sweetened by the 100% blue agave blanco tequila
used here, this is one aperitif that remains ageless.

House-Made Red Sangria

Lustful Daisy

 precursor to the margarita, the daisy paved the way for all the New Orleans sours,
we spiced this up with coriander which, like the daisy flower, is  known to bring luck
and lust through their consumption and believed to grant immortality to the Chinese
Plymouth gin, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, house made grenadine, coriander infused simple syrup

 

 

Blinker

A forgotten cocktail circa 1934 it was most recently brought back into
vogue by Ted “Dr. Cocktail” Haigh

Autumn’s Dawn

autumn in New England is a bittersweet transition when the sun sets earlier
and we return to a dark time of the year yet hayrides, cider, pumpkin pies and all other
delights  abound a sweet and spicy background of Domaine de Canton, Maple Syrup,
and a flamed orange peel over an applejack base this cocktail brings out the bonfires
and waning backyard barbeques as we settle in for winters chill

Dirty Sexy Dirty

combining the popular briny cocktail with a hint of acid from lemon
compliments the premium Belvedere vodka.

Metropole

this late 19th century cocktails namesake was a hotel, Metropole, of New York’s Times Square before Times Square existed and was the first hotel in New York with running water in every room. Though we use the later turn of the 20th century recipe to offer a more flavorful and
less dry modern palate

Blood and Sand

No drink name has better imagery, this classic named for the 1922 movie.
This cocktail might appear scarier in name and ingredients than the flavor delivers,
sweet and smoky.

Rum Old Fashioned

a cocktail became so much more after the 19th century but this renowned cocktail was simple and has resurged in the last decade as the most well known classic
